Membership Development
Develops effective recruitment and retention programs for the Chamber membership, thereby
providing the volunteer and financial base necessary to support the
goals of the organization. Networking Committee
Provides direct
support and benefits to the members of the Chamber in the form of networking
opportunities.Ambassador Committee
The Ambassador Committee is a group of talented,
energized, and highly motivated members who are committed to the growth and
development of the Chamber. Overall, the committee is responsible for the warm
welcoming of guests and members and facilitating introductions, attending ribbon
cuttings/grand openings for new members.Government Affairs Committee
Monitors,
supports or opposes state, local and national business issues based on their
long range effects on the Central Pasco Business community. The Central Pasco
Chamber of Commerce is prohibited by its bylaws to officially support or recommend
any candidate for office.Nominating Committee
This committee consists
of 2 board members and 3 members to nominate persons for positions on the Board
of Directors.Financial Development - Ensures sound business and financial operation
of the chamber in its role of supporting all functions of the organization,
and to provide the necessary facilities and equipment for the operational efforts
of volunteers and staff. Premier Events Committee
Individual committees are responsible for
planning and implementing the Chamber’s premier events throughout the
